We are happy to share the joyful experience of our Cambridge Early Years students during their recent field trip to Shilparamam – a beautiful village-themed crafts and cultural center.
The visit was filled with wonder and learning as our little explorers walked through vibrant stalls showcasing traditional arts and crafts. They observed handmade pottery, colorful textiles, wooden toys, and beautiful sculptures, getting a glimpse of our rich Indian culture and heritage.
Children also enjoyed the scenic surroundings, lush greenery, and charming village settings. The experience helped them connect with nature, learn about rural life, and appreciate the creativity of local artisans.
In a special coincidence, this visit beautifully aligned with National Handloom Day, which celebrates the pride and legacy of India’s handloom industry. The children had the unique opportunity to witness the intricate weaving techniques and traditional fabrics that are an integral part of our cultural identity. It was a meaningful way to introduce them to the significance of preserving and honoring the art of handloom weaving.
It was a delightful day filled with curiosity, smiles, and lots of learning outside the classroom. We truly believe that such experiences create lasting memories and encourage children to observe and appreciate the world around them.
Thank you for your continued support in making these learning journeys possible!
